This package is perfect for Brides that need to get all your ducks in a row and have a liaison between the venue and vendors. A customized timeline with details including all of your vendors arrival times.

1 Month Out Planning

$1,195

Day of Coordination

This Package is for the mostly do it yourselfer bride, but needs someone to have their back on the day of! I will be onsite to be your eyes and ears the day of and to make sure that everything runs smoothly!

 Wedding Enhancements / A La Carte:

Prices vary depending on guest count and special requests

  • Engagement Party Coordination: light décor, on-site coordinator

  • Bachelorette/Bachelor Party: décor package for themes delivered prior to travel

  • Bridal Shower: light décor, on-site coordinator

  • Bridesmaids Luncheon/Tea Time: light décor, on-site coordinator

  • Custom signs for signature drinks, welcome signs, rehearsal dinner welcome sign, seating chart sign, etc.

  • Creating & Maintaining Couples Wedding Website: one 30 minute phone call to discuss the website

  • Room Block Coordination - including bridal suite, grooms suite, bride & groom suite

  • Bridal Suite Day of Package: including champagne with OJ, finger foods fruit, waters, emergency kit
